TCI Teeth Tricone Rock Bit
1. Description:
The roller bit is a widely used drilling bit.
When the roller bit is working, the cutting teeth contact the bottom of the well alternately, the rock breaking torque is small, the contact area between the cutting teeth and the bottom of the well is small, the specific pressure is high.
It is easy to penetrate the formation; the total length of the working edge is large, so the wear is relatively reduced. The roller bit can adapt to a variety of formations from soft to hard.
2. Structural features:
The insert drill bit is an oil-storage sealed sliding or rolling bearing, jet-type three-cone drill bit, optimized design, reasonable tooth arrangement, different tooth shapes and tooth heights designed for various rock formations;
Good diameter protection performance, bearing system inlaid with anti-friction alloy, and silver-plated, precision processing, anti-bite, high load-bearing capacity, long life. Widely used in oil and gas field exploitation and geological drilling, can achieve high drilling efficiency.
The insert drill bit adopts high-toughness carbide teeth, optimized design of tooth row number, number of teeth, tooth height and alloy tooth shape, giving full play to the cutting ability of the insert drill bit.
